Moreover, they are useful in the digestion process and assist in the flushing out of toxins from our body. So it is important to take lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Try to avoid tea and coffee with cream and sugar; instead go for green tea, black tea or even lemon tea, they are good suppliers of antioxidants. Instead of coffee just go for tea as coffee is harmful as it contains caffeine that is harmful especially for metabolism activity of the body. If you still insist of having coffee, switch to black coffee instead with reduced sugar intake as too many sugar will not help your effort to lose weight.
